After discovering a large health area in our society; devoid of any scientific measurements being taken, nor any baseline set for minimal acceptable carpet cleanliness standards to the serve the respiratory disabled. 

I also discovered that zero accommodations were ever made for the respiratory challenged - even though merchants are required to provide them.

Also that hotels are not inspected by any organization and have no Government oversight.

In the pre-pandemic day of the past 2 years. I have been involved in (2) Pro Se lawsuits against Hilton Hotels and Extended Stay America.

Attempting to have them honor the ADA Title III  - and provide Reasonable accommodations for the respiratory challenged.  Cleaner rooms with health - allergen information displayed in room). To no avail. 

Currently these two hotels are renting rooms to the general public with carpets that are 60% dirty upon check-in.

Perhaps this pandemic could have been avoided or slowed - if my case was presented to different Judges.

Asthma Blasters believes the virus can be contained and quarantined, instead of the human population.

The virus can be monitored and data accrued if an established baseline is set. For carpets I propose a baseline of 99.9% which anyone can attain be using the properly certified cleaning apparatus.

Unclean, improperly maintained carpets is a prime source of virus transfer. That if we are to move past this point in our history, must be corrected immediately.
