FEDERAL QUESTION

The Federal Question which I have filed 2 lawsuits over 2 years ago, still has not been answered by any Federal Judge.

What health organization inspects the nation's hotels?

What laws hold them accountable to the public, to provide health information about their rooms and sanitary service?

My Respiratory investigations have led me to inspect the level of sanitation in various hotel carpets.

I have found woefully unsanitary conditions. Hotels are allowed to offer rooms to public for use that are 60% filthy upon check-in.

Their cleaning equipment is certified Bronze by the Carpet and Rug Institute of America and rated at only 40 - 49% in dirt extraction.

Leaving at best 51% and more of embedded allergens and environmental triggers in the carpet for the next consumer unawares.

Case # 2:18-CV-14983-ES_CLW Extended Stay America

Case # 2:19-CV-19150-ES-CLW Hilton DoubleTree

Prior to filing the lawsuits, I submitted reports of my findings to the hotel management and the City Councils of Newark, Secaucus, Wayne and Parsippany, NJ.

Stating that this health gap is a major contributor to the respiratory problems in our Country. And if not address, could cause or exacerbate a future, serious problem.

2 years later the Country is in the midst of a pandemic and unregulated hotels are allowed to stay open for business and operate. Furthering the spread of this virus amongst travelers, while the majority of the Country waits in their homes.

Hoping for a magic pill. While the virus continues spreads through the un-regulated hotel system.
